Today's special, Special Arrangement of the week, or Florist choice arrangement or bouquets has a heavy discount from the Market price and except from our replacements policy, and not qualify for the replacements.
Any arrangement made in our workshop or class is exempt from the replacement policy and we are unable to offer replacement flowers or arrangements.
As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds; however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
Replacements are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
As flowers are perishable, customers are responsible for watering them; otherwise, they will not last long. It is the customer’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers is necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

All workshops will be charged a full-price booking charge to secure your date and seat.
Most of the time these bookings go ahead without a problem, however in the event you need to cancel your workshop booking a sliding scale of charges will be made:
up to 60 days before - 10% cancel charge after reservation.
16-31days - 50% of the booking charge will be retained
8-15 days - 75% of booking charge will be retained
In less than 8 days 100% of the booking charge will be retained
If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances it will be rescheduled as soon as circumstances change if the workshop is possible or you will receive your deposit back.
in the event you need to cancel your workshop booking in less than 8 days, You will be able to pick up your flower materials in 1-2 days after the workshop.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that flower materials are available to pick up after 2 days of the event.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS: you understand there are numerous inherent risks associated with participating in any KAJIHA /CRAFITS Inc. activities, including but not limited to using sharp knives or scissors. Some natural plants or flowers cause skin reactions if you have sensitive skin or allergies. you are responsible for taking all the risk to participate in all activities, including those described above. you acknowledge and assume the risks involved in these activities and for any damage, illness, and injuries resulting from such risks.
