Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 1-3 days for in-stock item order processing excluding weekends and major holidays. Please allow 5-10 days for custom and special order items to be ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping (USA) - Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box or Hotel. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the ​package.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the order's final destination.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from conodio.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Custom orders at our website

The shipping fee will be calculated based on your shipping location.

We will ship any items over $150 with signature confirmation. If you prefer "No -Signature Confirmation" Please let us know.

 

Order at the Etsy store

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $35 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Some items are listed including the shipping cost to the contiguous 48 states (USPS Priority Shipping or UPS standard shipping)

We will ship any items over $150 with signature confirmation. If you prefer "No -Signature Confirmation" Please let us know.

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.**

**Once an order ship and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS / Lost Packages:

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 2 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

conodio does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

LOCAL SERVICE & STUDIO PICK-UP at Brooklyn Studio

We have Studio Pick Up Service for Local shoppers.

Our studio visit is by appointment only. Please order from our website or contact us by email ( Not from our Etsy Site )

We will send you an invoice and online credit card payment form by email to proceed with your order so that you can schedule your pick-up date.

Studio hour is

Mon - Fri

10:00 -17:00
