Smoked Salmon Wrapped Cream Cheese

I love to create a cute plate for feeling something special at my dining table.

These salmon wrapped ( rolled ) cream cheese is very easy to make, and kids friendly appetizer.

My little daughter likes this plate because it is easy to grab by her hand. It's also able to serve with toothpicks.

Enjoy creating a colorful plate.


  • Cream cheese (about 7 Tbsp) / per plate : burrutta cheese can be a altanate.

  • fresh cherry tomato as you need, .

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 7 thinly sliced smoked salmon ( 1 slice per 1Tbsp cream cheese ) / per plate.

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallot or onion

  • thinly sliced shallot (as you need )

  • baby watercress leavs ( as you need )

  • daikon radish sprout ( microgreen)

  • freshly ground salt and black pepper

  • white vinegar and light olive oil for drizzling


  1. Prepare chopped shallot and put them in water for few minutes and drain them in a colander.

  2. Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice and chopped shallot together in a bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

  3. Lay a mixed cream cheese on top of each smoked salmon slice

  4. Wrap to enclose

  5. Arrange on each salmon roll on serving plate

  6. Decorate a bit of cherry tomato and watercress on the plate as you like

  7. Top thinly sliced shallots and daikon radish sprout on each salmon roll.

  8. Sprinkle salt and pepper

  9. Drizzling oil and white vinegar .
