Green peas and ricotta cheese bruschetta


I prefer to cook simply and love to create lovely dish at home.

This green peas and ricotta cheese bruschetta is the perfect example of my simple style cooking with easy combination for coming spring.

My little daughter likes cheese so she could tried green peas with her favorite cheese.

Enjoy creating a green plate.

Green Peas with Burrutta cheese Bruschetta by @conodio


  • Ricotta cheese (about 1 cup) / for 4 serving

  • Fresh Green peas (about 1 cup) / ( Fronzen green peas can be alternate ).

  • Fresh green pea sprouts as you need

  • 1 tsp lemon juice and Olive with a pinch of salt and black pepper for marinating or stir-fry boiled green peas

  • 4 sliced baguettes ( 1 slice per 2-3 Tbsp ricotta cheese )

  • Watermelon radish slice

  • Kosher salt and black pepper

  • Lemon juice and light olive oil for drizzling

  • リコッタチーズ 1 cup(なければクリームチーズでも合います)

  • グリーンピース 1 cup グリーンピーススプラウト少々(なければカイワレ大根で代用)

  • レモン汁 オリーブオイル 各小さじ1コッシャーソルト少々 (グリーンピースを和える為)

  • フランスパン(バケット)4スライス

  • ウォーターメロンラディッシュ お好みで (ラディッシュでも可)

  • コッシャーソルト(普通の塩でも大丈夫です)

  • ブラックペッパー


  1. Boil water and add pinch of salt and put fresh green peas in the boiled water for 1-2 minutes and drain them. If you prefer strong taste, Marinate them with lemon juice, olive oil with a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper, or Stir-fry the boiled beans with olive oil, salt and black pepper for just a minute and add lemon juice.

  2. Prepare Ricotta cheese. Drain the ricotta for an hour in a mesh cheesecloth.

  3. Slice baguette and toast them in a few minutes.

  4. Paste a ricotta cheese on top of each sliced toasted bread.

  5. Lay a boiled green peas on each bread

  6. Top thinly sliced watermelon radish on each pieces as you like

  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.

  8. Drizzling oil and bit of lemon juice.
