Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 1-3 days for in-stock item order processing excluding weekends and major holidays. Please allow 5-10 days for custom and special order items to be ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping (USA) - Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box or Hotel. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the package.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the order's final destination.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from conodio.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Custom orders at our website

The shipping fee will be calculated based on your shipping location.

We will ship any items over $150 with signature confirmation. If you prefer "No -Signature Confirmation" Please let us know.

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $35 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Some items are listed including the shipping cost to the contiguous 48 states (USPS Priority Shipping or UPS standard shipping)

DELIVERY CLAIMS / Lost Packages:

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 2 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

conodio does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

LOCAL SERVICE & STUDIO PICK-UP at Brooklyn Studio

We have Studio Pick Up Service for Local shoppers.

Our studio visit is by appointment only. Please order from our website or contact us by email ( Not from our Etsy Site )

We will send you an invoice and online credit card payment form by email to proceed with your order so that you can schedule your pick-up date.

Fresh Items Replacements

As the purchaser of items from KAJIHA, the purchaser agrees that:

All sales are final. This includes anything purchased from the floral department of KAJIHA. As flowers are a perishable item, replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of your purchase — contact us at hello@kajiha.com. Please include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy it accordingly.
Today's special, Special Arrangement of the week, or Florist choice arrangement or bouquets has a heavy discount from the Market price and except from our replacements policy, and not qualify for the replacements.
Any arrangement made in our workshop or class is exempt from the replacement policy and we are unable to offer replacement flowers or arrangements.
As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds; however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
Replacements are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
As flowers are perishable, customers are responsible for watering them; otherwise, they will not last long. It is the customer’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers is necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

Please note that Flowers and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & and will be hand-delivered

- We do not deliver on National Holidays and emergencies

- The image displayed on the site is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Please read our substitution policy for more details

- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Band we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date

Workshop Policy

All workshops will be charged a full-price booking charge to secure your date and seat.

Most of the time these bookings go ahead without a problem, however in the event you need to cancel your workshop booking a sliding scale of charges will be made:

up to 60 days before - 10% cancel charge after reservation.

16-31days - 50% of the booking charge will be retained

8-15 days - 75% of booking charge will be retained

In less than 8 days 100% of the booking charge will be retained

If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances it will be rescheduled as soon as circumstances change if the workshop is possible or you will receive your deposit back.

In the event you need to cancel your workshop booking in less than 8 days, You will be able to pick up your flower materials in 1-2 days after the workshop.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that flower materials are available to pick up after 2 days of the event.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS: you understand there are numerous inherent risks associated with participating in any KAJIHA /CRAFITS Inc. activities, including but not limited to using sharp knives or scissors. Some natural plants or flowers cause skin reactions if you have sensitive skin or allergies. you are responsible for taking all the risk to participate in all activities, including those described above. you acknowledge and assume the risks involved in these activities and for any damage, illness, and injuries resulting from such risks.

FRESH MATERIAL: You understand that fresh products and materials are perishable, Once the floral arrangements leave the premises of Workshop KAJIHA /CRAFITS Inc., it is the customer's responsibility to take care of flower arrangement and Please water and trim flowers.
